Duty hours: ON-CALL (Full-time: 40 hours per week)
Annual Salary Offer: $70,000 to $75,000

What are we looking for?

JOB POSITION: Liaison Officer

Our organization is currently looking for an organized, efficient, motivated and well-spoken individual for the position of Liaison that will coordinate between our organization and another entity.

In this role, your primary task is to coordinate activities and communications among people, agencies and organizations. You are responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between two or more people, agencies or organizations.
To be successful as a liaison, you must always be aware and must be highly knowledgeable of our organization’s strategic goals. A great liaison will work tirelessly to handle inquiries, remove roadblocks to open communication, and come up with strategic solutions to make the project successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as an active contact point between our office and vendor/client, ensuring that all of our needs, concerns, and issues are addressed, cared for, and provided by the vendor/client.
• Check in with parents via phone to ensure that they are satisfied and that the vendors are meeting all their needs.
• Ensure that all transactions are running smoothly and without any delays, so that our operation does not become stalled.
• Liaises with members of the public establishing communication between various parties, organizations, or government organization.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the business, as well as how it affects the various entities with whom you interact.
• Monitor, coordinate, and convey the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with other employees to gain a better grasp of the company and any challenges that may occur.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other organizations.
• Collect, evaluate, and use data and feedback to develop ways to improve the business's relationship with the other entity.
• Compile reports on specific incidents, events, or updates about a critical business issue.
• Resolve problems and concerns that may arise between the firm and the other entity ahead of time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate Degree or any bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 2 years of work related experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• The ability to form and maintain mutually advantageous commercial connections
• A customer-centric mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to solve hard challenges on their own
• Ability to persuade and negotiate with others
• To analyze data and develop relevant reports, you must be analytical and mathematically inclined.
